I would have to say just be mindful of your limits, realize when you're trying to keep up with someone that is significantly faster than you.

During the last mountain run I went to on September 21st, I somehow got stuck near the front of the fast group. Instead of trying to keep up with a group that was clearly out of my league, I pulled off before I did something stupid.

I guess I'll contribute..

Leave it on the mountain. 5-0 tends to linger on the more populated roads surrounding the actual mountain so its not smart to continue the Touge not on the actual touge. Just my .02 to avoid any legal troubles.
