yah i suck at self control especially if i am driving with someone who is/should be hella faster than me. I find the only way I can control my driving is by only putting one hand on the wheel. Hoping that if i do put both hands on the wheel i realize it and calm down

Patience. I don't rush ... if I'm behind someone (like a row of granny-driving F-Bodys) I don't have an urge to pass or get impatient. I simply wait it out and move in front after the next stop. this keeps me from making many stupid decisions.

I think finding a good line suitable for my driving style (nice and tight through corners) is mine.

Also knowing my limit.
